Return & Refund Policy

At Elyra, your satisfaction comes first. If your purchase doesn’t fully meet your expectations, we provide a clear and transparent return and refund policy.


1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

As required by EU consumer law, you have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any reason.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as LED masks designed for direct contact with the skin) cannot be returned if opened or used.


2. Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at support@elyra.com (or your actual support email) with the following details:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) concerned

    • Reason for the return (optional)

  2. We will provide you with the return address and a return authorization number.

  3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or order errors.


3. Defective or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, including supporting photos.

  • In such cases, Elyra will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned item or proof of shipment.

  • If the returned product is not in its original condition (damaged, incomplete), a partial refund or denial may be applied.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another product, please request a refund and place a new order.


6. Exceptions

  • Sealed items opened after delivery (for hygiene reasons).

  • Gift cards and promotional items.
