Can I edit or cancel my order?
We move fast. Contact us within 1 hour of purchase with order # (if visible) or your name & email so we can try to intercept fulfillment.

How long does shipping take?
Preparation: 1–2 business days. Delivery: Canada 2–6 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. For now, We only ship in Canada.

What is your return policy?
30-day window for unused or gently used devices in original condition. Start via your account or email henryrichard27345@gmail.come-lyra.com.
Is there a warranty?
12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects. Share your order number and a short photo/video if you experience an issue.
Device & Safety
How often should I use the mask?
3–5 sessions/week, 10 minutes each for 4–6 weeks. Maintain with 2–3 sessions/week.
Is red / near-infrared light safe?
Yes. We use targeted wavelengths (~633 nm & ~830 nm). Avoid broken/irritated skin; discontinue if irritation occurs and consult a professional.
Can I combine LED with other treatments?
Generally yes—LED pairs well with hydrators and gentle actives. If you have clinical treatments (peels/injectables), confirm timing with your practitioner.
Routine & Results
When will I see results?
Glow & calm often appear within 2–3 weeks; firmness/texture improve across 4–8 weeks of consistent use.
What’s the ideal routine?
1) Cleanse · 2) 10-min LED session · 3) Hydrate (serum + cream). For sensitive skin, start 3×/week, increase as tolerated.
